Add or Edit Your Event

Use this form to submit details about any GWTA Washington State chapter events you'd like added to the calendar. Neighboring GWTA events also welcome. The results will be sent to the Washington State Directors and Webmaster.

Flyers:
If you have a flyer or registration form you'd like to include, attach it to a separate email to the Webmaster and it will be added to your chapter page on the state site and linked to in the Events Calendar. A low resolution PDF is preferred, and if you can't convert it to PDF maybe we can do it for you, if we have the same program you created it in. Calendar Features:

Passing your mouse arrow over an event will bring up a pop-up with the event description.
Clicking the event name will open a page with the event description, details and live links to web sites and flyers.
When clicking a "Printer Friendly" link, the large colored and shaded areas do not print.
There are three drop-down boxes below the calendar, month, week and year. Choose from the drop-down list, then click the "Go" button to display your choice. Also, the month link above the small calendars can be clicked to display the large calendar for that month. You can use these links to scroll through the months.
